Try Our Gin-Infused Chocolate at our Experience Centre this Weekend!

As a chef, there is nothing quite as exciting as creating a new dish or dessert that is inspired by history and tradition. That is exactly what we did with our latest creation, a special chocolate done in collaboration with York Gin, exclusively for the BABC LA and BRIT WEEK's Royal Coronation Celebration of King Charles III. The coronation of King Charles III is a momentous occasion that is steeped in history and tradition. It is a celebration of a new chapter in the history of the British monarchy, and we wanted to create something that would do justice to this important event. As we worked with York Gin on this special collaboration, we knew that we had to rise to the occasion, and develop a chocolate that would celebrate the significance this occasion.

We started by carefully selecting the finest ingredients for our bean-to-bar chocolate. We sourced sustainably grown cocoa beans that are of the highest quality, ensuring that our chocolate is as delicious as it is environmentally responsible. The infusion of York Gin's Chocolate & Orange gin takes this chocolate to a whole new level, with a flavor profile that is unique and truly delightful.

Crafting this chocolate was a labor of love, and we are thrilled to be showcasing it at the BABC LA and BRIT WEEK's Royal Coronation Celebration this Saturday. We are excited to share this special chocolate with everyone who attends the event, and we hope that it will be a treat that they will always remember.
