Salted Caramel Bonbons

This isn't your average Salted Caramel chocolate. From the freshest ingredients to the most sophisticated & complicated development process, this is one of the most labor-intensive chocolates. But when you taste this, you'll see why we're so obsessed about this chocolate.

Freshest Ingredients on Earth...Sea Salt from the Pacific Ocean: Our head chef was frustrated that he couldn't get sea salt that was truly from the sea. He searched all over, from every organic grocery store to special inquiries to local suppliers. Then it hit him, what if he got the sea salt, from the sea? He went on a journey to his favorite spot in Redondo Beach, and extracted 4 gallons of ocean water. Using a proprietary method, he distilled the water three times to extract pure organic sea salt.

Each Salted Caramels are garnished with this Pacific Salt, a nod to his quest of perfection for using only the finest ingredients on Earth.

How It's Made: The caramel comes from an old family recipe, passed down from generation to generation. Using only fresh ingredients and no preservatives, this caramel provides a flowing and soothing sweetness that's not overbearing. Paired with the salt and the dark chocolate, leads you swimming for more.

Aroma: On the nose, you will immediately pick-up the taffy sea salt, that makes you reminiscent on that favorite breezy drive on Highway 1 as just past the villas in Laguna Beach with the magnificent ocean breeze on your left. As you indulge, the richness of the caramel complements the sharp tang of the salt. Finally, the dark chocolate's velvety smoothness kicks-in, leaving you in a California daze.

Bonbon Design: Classic and sophisticated, yet relaxed and chill. If you can design the California style in a Bonbon, this is it.
