From My Kitchen to Your Holidays: A Celebration of Flavor

The holidays are a special time for connection, tradition, and, of course, indulgence. As a chef, this season is my favorite—it’s when I get to create flavors that not only taste delicious but evoke cherished memories. This year, I’ve poured my passion into a collection of chocolate bars that I hope will add a little magic to your celebrations.

We’ve partnered with the LA Christmas Market at ROW DTLA to bring you three exclusive bars, each inspired by the joy and warmth of the season:

North Pole Peppermint
Peppermint is one of those unmistakable holiday flavors that transports you instantly to cozy winters. I wanted to bottle that feeling into a chocolate bar, so we started with a smooth 45% dark chocolate and added crushed organic candy canes for crunch and a cooling burst of mint. Santa’s Milk and Cookie
This one was inspired by childhood memories of leaving out cookies for Santa—usually stolen by a mischievous sibling before morning! I combined the creaminess of 45% milk chocolate with spiced ginger cookies to create a playful and nostalgic treat. It’s a little sweet, a little spicy, and a lot of fun. Learn more here.

Egg Nog Delight
Eggnog is polarizing—some people love it, others don’t touch it—but I couldn’t resist giving it a try in chocolate form. Using our creamy white chocolate as a base, I blended in the rich flavors of eggnog with a hint of holiday spices, then added crunchy cacao nibs for texture. The result is something even the eggnog skeptics might just fall for. Learn more here.

Crafting these bars has been an adventure, and I couldn’t stop there. Our Seasonal Collection is a celebration of classic holiday flavors with a Marsatta twist. We’ve brought back our marzipan bonbons, made with real, rich almond paste for that unmistakable European holiday feel. There’s also our Eggnog & Whiskey bonbon—a little boozy, a little creamy, and oh-so-festive.
