This bonbon was born from late-night kitchen experiments, combining velvety eggnog ganache with a hint of barrel-aged whiskey. We distill it three times to ensure its purity, resulting in a salt that carries the essence of the Pacific. The caramel itself comes from a secret recipe passed down from Mama Marsatta, originating from the Alsace region near France. It’s about tradition meeting craft, creating a bonbon that embodies both history and innovation.
