I never liked Easter chocolate from Big Chocolate.
There, I said it.
Too sweet. Too fake. Too much fluff, wrapped in shiny pastel foil that gets tossed aside like yesterday’s promises. Chocolate that looks the part but says absolutely nothing.
So when spring rolled in this year, I felt that itch again. The one that says: Don’t just make something pretty—make something true.
And that’s where Strawberry Fields Forever was born. Not just a bar. Not just another Easter release. This one had to mean something.
We named it after the Beatles song for a reason. There’s a surreal honesty in that tune. A dreamlike kind of truth. That’s what we chased—flavor that’s not just good, but emotional. Something that feels like stepping barefoot into wet grass for the first time after winter finally backs off. Something that hits you in the chest.
We took real strawberries, picked at their peak, freeze-dried to lock in that punchy, electric flavor. Folded them into white chocolate made with organic milk—creamy, clean, no shortcuts. Then we scattered strawberry flakes across the top like a final note in a song that refuses to fade out.
It’s not complicated. But it’s honest.
There’s something brave about simplicity done right. No layers of smoke and mirrors. No gimmicks. Just spring, captured in a bar that says, this is what it should’ve tasted like all along.
Strawberry Fields Forever is part of our Genius Bar series—our space for flavor experiments and emotional swings. It’s where we let instinct lead. It’s where we make things we’re not sure people will understand… but we make them anyway.
We made it for the ones who still care about flavor. For the ones tired of pretty, empty things. For the ones who want their chocolate to say something.
Available now, in limited batches, at our Experience Centre in Old Torrance. Noon to 6 p.m. this weekend only.
Bring your curiosity. Leave the foil behind.
