Let me tell you something about nuts.
They're not polite. They don’t whisper. They don’t melt quietly into the background like a supporting actor. Walnuts, pecans, pistachios—they show up loud, proud, with stories written in every wrinkle and roast mark. You don’t use them—you invite them. Respect them. And if you're lucky, they return the favor.
When we set out to make this chocolate bar, we weren’t chasing some nostalgic trail mix memory. We weren’t trying to copy what already exists. No, this was about building something—flavor, texture, and experience that punches through the noise and leaves a mark.
So we got to work. Real work. Not the kind that happens in a boardroom. I’m talking roasting sessions that run past midnight, trial blends that collapse under their own ambition, and that gut instinct that says: This batch isn’t good enough yet.
We roasted walnuts 🌰 to bring out that earthy, almost leathery depth. Pecans 🥜 for their natural sweetness and buttery crumble. And pistachios 🌿—the wildcard—bright, floral, and just cocky enough to keep the whole thing interesting. All hand-selected, roasted low and slow, and folded into dark chocolate so rich it feels like jazz in your mouth—smoky, improvised, unexpected.
And just when we thought we had it dialed, we threw a curveball. We started experimenting with craisins. Tart, chewy, rebellious little sparks that light up the richness with just enough bite. Not enough to steal the spotlight—just enough to remind you this bar has layers.
This isn't a permanent menu item. It's part of our Limited Genius Bar Collection—a series of one-off flavor experiments that hit hard and disappear fast.—smoky, improvised, unexpected.
This bar doesn’t ask for permission. It crunches, melts, and sings. It’s a love letter to the art of doing it the hard way. The long way. The right way. And I couldn’t be prouder.
