Valentine's Day is just around the corner and what better way to treat your sweetheart than with a box of our new Raspberry Liqueur Infused Chocolate, made with our bean-to-bar chocolate that is crafted from scratch? This luxurious chocolate bonbon is the result of a labor of love that went into creating the perfect blend of rich, handcrafted chocolate and sweet, tangy raspberry liqueur.

At Marsatta, we take great pride in our bean-to-bar chocolate. We carefully roast, winnow, inspect, grind, crush, temper, and age each small batch, leading to chocolate bring out the unique and delicious flavors at each bite. And then, we inspect each bar by hand, ensuring that every bar is a work of art.

We then use this handcrafted chocolate to create our Raspberry Liqueur Infused Chocolate bonbons. By sourcing only the finest ingredients, including our bean-to-bar chocolate and premium raspberry liqueur, we were able to create the perfect balance of flavors in the ganache. Each bonbon is smooth, rich, and bursting with raspberry flavor.
