When the Rose Bowl team first reached out, I thought maybe it was a mistake.
But no, they were serious. For their 100-year anniversary, they didn’t want another plaque or trophy. They wanted a chocolate bar. Something timeless, something that could hold its own among marching bands and flyovers.

We showed up to the gala with trays of handmade bars, and before we even got through the doors, someone whispered, "Hey, the chocolate folks are here."
Next thing I know, we're walking across the field like Tom Harmon on a crisp autumn Saturday. That surreal feeling when the stadium lights hit just right, and for a brief second, you're part of something bigger. Pasadena, Big Ten Football, the legacy of it all.

So we made them a bar that could tell that story.
Dark chocolate, aged over six months. Rich, complex, with layers that don’t rush you. The kind of chocolate that opens up slowly, like a jazz solo. And then we folded in real rose petals. Not extract. Not artificial fluff. Actual petals, gently dried, that bring this subtle warmth. Floral without being syrupy. Clean, bright, and just enough to make you pause and take another bite.

The bar is back now, with new packaging inspired by Pasadena's quiet art deco beauty. Rose gold with a glint of crystal. It’s our tribute to a century of history, and the city that trusted us with a piece of it.

If you’ve ever wanted to give flowers and actually mean it, this is your chance.
No water needed. Just unwrap.

We’re giving out samples today, 2pm to 6pm, at our Experience Centre in Old Torrance.
The Rose Bowl might be the Granddaddy of them all.
This bar? She’s the Grandmommy.
