Some things in life shouldn’t be rushed. Our 100% cacao is one of them. Six months. That’s how long it takes us to coax out every last note of flavor from a single ingredient—pure, organic cacao. No shortcuts, no sugar, no nonsense. Just time, patience, and a little obsession.
Today, I’m setting up shop on Post Ave, from 1pm–6pm, handing out tastes of what we’ve been working on. You’ll get the strawberries & cream bar—bright, smooth, and unapologetically fun. And then there’s the heavyweight: our world-famous 100% cacao chocolate. It’s not for everyone. But if you love chocolate the way we do, it’s worth the ride.
And tomorrow (Sunday, 8/24) we’ll be at the Old Torrance Antique Fair, 9am–noon, before heading back to the store. Come wander, taste, and see what six months of stubborn craftsmanship tastes like.
