A Special Collaboration with Marriott
Marriott Torrance Redondo Beach approached us with a simple but meaningful idea: to create a chocolate bar that felt as memorable as their guest experience. The result is Strawberry Fields:  a handcrafted bar that pays homage to the city's rich agricultural past and the warmth of a great stay.

A Taste of Torrance
Torrance was once known for its sprawling strawberry fields. We leaned into that heritage by using real strawberries, selected for their natural brightness and sweet, sun-ripened flavor. The bar is a nod to the land’s history, brought to life through flavor.

Creamy, Smooth, and Made from Scratch
At Marsatta, we make our white chocolate from scratch using pure cocoa butter, fresh cream, and real vanilla. That care and attention gives Strawberry Fields its rich, silky texture and balanced taste. Sweet, but never overwhelming.

Crafted with Purpose
Every bar is made by hand in our Southern California kitchen, in small batches with thoughtful precision. Strawberry Fields is more than a treat. It’s a collaboration rooted in local pride, shared values, and a belief that the smallest details create the most lasting memories.
