"Lantern Festival" - Pomelo Chrysanthemum Bonbon (5 Piece)

We celebrate this year's Lantern Festival with a very unique and exclusive flavor. Introducing our latest infusion, the Pomelo x Chrysanthemum Tea Bonbon (try saying that 10 times, we dare you...).

An Exotic Fruit with a Creamy Flavor: Pomelo is an exceptional fruit with its distinct but delicious flavor. Originally from Asia, this fruit traditionally  represents family unity, and is even considered to bring luck to your home. 

Aroma & Taste: On the nose, you'll notice a floral sensation, from the chrysanthemum tea aroma, sourced from Chado Tea Room. At the first bite, the pomelo's smooth yet graceful charm simply carries the tastebuds to a whole new level. A creamy sensation, not unlike an egg tart, but with real fruit infusion. 

Recommended Pairings: Absolutely fantastic with rum-based cocktails, but we really like this with a California Chardonnay. The buttery notes of a Chardonnay pairs exceptionally well with smooth, creamy ganache for an unbelievable finish. 

Bonbon Design: Graced with a crimson red design, with an "abstract art" approach and a golden flair. Each chocolate is individually designed to create a very memorable approach to chocolate making.
